This November, Antigua & Barbuda will take centre stage as leaders from across the Commonwealth gather for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting — CHOGM 2026, taking place in St John’s from 1–4 November 2026.
With 56 Commonwealth nations represented, CHOGM provides an exceptional platform for governments, investors, developers, businesses and strategic partners to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of the Commonwealth.
For us, the focus is very much on turning conversations into practical partnerships, investment and deliverable projects.
Our Focus at CHOGM 2026
We will be in Antigua & Barbuda throughout the CHOGM period meeting with governments, investors, developers, funders and international partners across a number of key infrastructure sectors, including:
* Affordable Housing
* Infrastructure & Smart Cities
* Water & Sanitation
* Energy & Clean Solutions
* Healthcare & Social Infrastructure
* Investment & Development Finance
The Commonwealth represents an extraordinary network of countries, companies, institutions and people. Across Africa, the Caribbean and other Commonwealth markets, there is enormous demand for new infrastructure — but successful delivery requires much more than simply identifying a project.
It requires the right land, technology, finance, delivery partners, government relationships and long-term commercial structure.
That is where collaboration becomes so important.
56 Nations. One Common Future.
The theme for our engagement is simple:
Accelerating partnerships and investment for a prosperous Commonwealth.
Our objective is to bring together the different parts of the infrastructure equation — connecting governments requiring solutions with investors seeking opportunities, and bringing proven international technology and delivery partners into those relationships.
We are particularly interested in discussions surrounding housing delivery, energy security, clean technology, infrastructure development and investment finance.
The Caribbean also presents an especially important opportunity. Island nations face unique challenges surrounding energy costs, climate resilience, housing availability, water infrastructure and access to development capital. At the same time, these challenges create significant opportunities for innovative international partnerships.
Let’s Meet in Antigua
CHOGM week will inevitably be extremely busy, so we are already arranging meetings ahead of November.
If your organisation is:
A government seeking infrastructure or investment partners;
an investor looking for Commonwealth opportunities;
a developer with significant projects;
a technology provider with proven solutions;
or an international company looking for strategic partners across the Caribbean and wider Commonwealth,
we would be delighted to hear from you.
The most productive partnerships often begin with one conversation.
Meet governments. Connect investors. Build partnerships. Deliver impact.
